The plateau region of Inner Mongolia is the source of 75% of the world’s Rare Earth compound , a unique material used in space age communications. The single, ledge of “holy” stone was discovered by accident, a fluke of nature. It was later learned, that the locals had mined it t secretly for centuries. Each stone is rare, unique , effective and priceless, a lifetime health aid.
The massage stones that are being made are unique. Irreplaceable. Grade 6 hardness , hand-milled, standard therapy size, ultra smooth , antibacterial, gorgeous and guaranteed for life. Also, we agree with all the wonderful things that have already been said , and proven, about infrared therapy. MHS has found one of it’s healing functions. Another is Anion transmission?
Suggested Uses
1. Bruises and inflammation - Use a room temperature(ambient) stone and rub the affected area. The infrared energy of the stone dilates the blood and lymph vessels and proliferates healthy tissue, bone cells and blood vessels. The stone movement over the area pushes out the dead blood cells to make room for the new cells. The mineral content of the stone is “eliminates pore dirt and removes the cutin, promotes blood circulation, is collgen uniting, disinfecting, promotes waste, is osmoregulatory (balanced moisture content and creates a strong heat feeling.”. For growths , particularly cysts and soft tissue that becomes inflamed , the stone should be placed on the spot and left in place until the inflamation recedes.
2. Pain relief - For bone pain hold a room temperature stone to the central spot of the pain and hold in place until the pain is gone. For hand pain hold an ambient or a warm stone.
3. For headaches - cool a stone in the refrigerator or use a room temperature stone to massage the pain area. 4. Hand pain - Simply hold a stone in your hand 5. Deep muscle and back pain - Heat a stone in a microwave for 15-30 seconds or a dry hot pan , taking the stones out wrapped in a cotton cloth .
CAUTION - THE STONES BECOME SCALDING HOT VERY RAPIDLY. Use with the cloth protector until the stone becomes cool enough to handle directly.
6. Additional Uses - A heated stone makes for a warm companion in a cold car or a long walk. It can be used in all types of massage work (for which the stones are sized appropriately and hand milled to silken smoothness). The stone projects infrared and anions in it’s natural state and seem appropriate as a Reiki tool. Comments about Mongolian Holy Stone Science I have been following the flow of the experiences of users, and relating it to the scientific evidence. Since we visited the mine in Inner Mongolia last year and commissioned the first set of handmade stone therapy stones , we have learned a lot. Certain things are apparent in use, so we are framing all these findings , and the User Comments below , as hearsay. Find the proof in the pudding at your own pace. These are just some of the questions we have had about the MHS , and the answers we have found. Infrared Therapy We are now convinced by the MIRE Center for Pain Relief and Regeneration studies and success rate (89%) that infrared therapy works on a vast list of chronic and physical illnesses (See List) . We would highly recommend the MIRE Centers based on this information and regard other forms of infrared therapy with increased respect.
We asked Lee Reese , the Provost of the International College of Massage Therapy in Hawaii to rate the proven infrared emissions of the Holy Stone (P. 7 - Test Reports) of .925 microns. He told me it is a “perfect” reading for contact therapy work. These two pieces of information made the Inner Mongolian claim “to cure rheumatism and arthritis when heated” (Brochure P. 3) , both bone conditions with Western names , make sense.
In fact, this has been our finding in the field with users. They report pain relief , often seemingly miraculously fast , particularly with regard to bone problems. The MIRE list mentions broken and fractured bones , degenerative and ruptured discs, chronic joint pain and chronic back pain as well as total joint replacements. For we layman , we use a room temperature stone , find the pain point and hold the stone up against that pain center until it goes away or moves around (we follow it until it goes away). We don’t believe it works for bone cancer and the stones should never be heated for bone work. We do recommend it for treating any condition that MIRE or other infrared healing sources say there is a positive effect. Anions Anions are negative ions which clean the air. Positive ions are polluters of the environment. This is a science and we need to learn more about it. We have had very positive reports from Reiki practitioners , holding a stone in each hand . This seems natural and effective. In fact there is more acceptance of the stone in the “energy” community of health practitioners than in the “physical” side. Mineral Properties (Nitric Oxide) Mobilizes one of our boy's major healing influences: Nitric Oxide - A gas molecule formed in the inner lining of the vessel wall, responsiblele for the maintenance of the circulatory health with in the body. "the Spark of Life". Anions - Radiates negative ions. Scavenges free radicals thereby eliminating toxins & negative energies. HOW COME THE MHS GETS HOT IN A MICROWAVE? Now that it is proven that one of the “holy” healing power of the Mongolian Holy Stone is it’s ability to emit therapeutic levels of infrared at room temperature. making it a “proactive stone.” , the microwave link is apparent and natural. Microwaves are the next energy bandwidth up from infrared waves. It makes sense that exciting the infrared waves with microwaves would produce an unusual heat effect , and it does. We make no claims for this unusual heat effect medically and can only report that the holy stone , when heated in a microwave for 15-30 Seconds becomes hot for use for a long period of time (depending on the size of the stone - large stones heat faster than small stones!). We have found in our experience that hot stones work for back pain and deep muscle pain and mobility. We welcome new information in this regard.
